1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the basis of the agreement between the 80hi7 platform ("Platform", "we", "our") and its users ("you", "user"). 80hi7 is an online gaming and betting platform operated for adult players in Bangladesh.

"Services" as used in these Terms includes the 80hi7 website, mobile interface, slot games, sports betting of various kinds including cricket, live casino, fishing games, and any other gaming services.

These Terms are effective according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Any legal matters will be governed by applicable laws of Bangladesh.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use the services on the 80hi7 platform, you must be 21 years of age or older. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. At the time of registration, we may request relevant information to verify your age.

2.2 Single Account

Each individual may open only one account. 80hi7 reserves the right to cancel multiple accounts held by the same person and freeze the associated balances. Operating multiple accounts from the same household or the same device is prohibited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering your account. If your name, address, date of birth, or contact details are found to be false or incomplete, your account may be cancelled. If any of your details change, contact us immediately.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

80hi7 follows an identity verification process to ensure a safe and fair gaming environment on the platform. For large withdrawal amounts or in cases of suspicious activity, we may request your national identity card or other documents. Refusing to provide the required documents may result in the transaction being placed on hold.

3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is prohibited. Accessing another person's account or allowing someone else to use your account are both violations of these Terms.

If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, except where it is proven that a security breach occurred due to a fault on our platform, in which case different provisions may apply.

Use a strong password and log out after every session. 80hi7 will never ask for your password via email or chat.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted on the 80hi7 platform:

• bKash — The most widely used mobile financial service in Bangladesh.
• Nagad — The mobile financial service of Bangladesh Post Office.
• Rocket — The mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
• Bank Transfer — Major commercial banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank.

4.2 Deposit Rules

The minimum amount for each deposit transaction is ৳100. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. Once a transaction is completed, the balance is generally credited to your account within a short time.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit, or through any other verified method. After successful verification, withdrawals are generally completed within 5–30 minutes.

Before requesting a withdrawal, make sure all active bonus wagering requirements have been met. Withdrawals may be placed on hold if wagering requirements remain unfulfilled.

4.4 Transaction Cancellation

Once a deposit transaction is completed, it cannot be cancelled. For withdrawals, a cancellation request may be submitted before processing begins. For any transaction-related issues, contact support directly via live chat or email.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New account holders will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳42,000 earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met. Not all games may contribute equally to wagering — contact support for details on specific contribution percentages.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, providing false information, or attempting to earn bonuses through any unfair means may result in bonus cancellation and permanent account closure. 80hi7 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious bonus activity.

5.4 VIP Program

80hi7 has three VIP tiers for regular players:

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.8%

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on a player's consistent activity and overall participation. Specific benefits and cashback rates apply at each tier.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

To ensure fair play on the 80hi7 platform, all games are operated using certified and verified technology. We work with leading global game providers including Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, PG Soft, and Evolution Gaming.

6.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical issue or error in any game, we reserve the right to cancel the affected bets. Results incorrectly displayed or unusual wins caused by a system error will not be considered valid and will be corrected.

6.3 Sports Betting

When participating in sports betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports, specific rules apply to each market and event. If a match is abandoned, postponed, or altered, bets will be settled in accordance with our sports betting rules.

6.4 Live Casino

When participating in live dealer games, the dealer's decision will be considered final. In the event of a technical issue, the rules of the relevant game will be followed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 80hi7 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or place bets.
• Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means, such as creating multiple accounts.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Unfair collusion with other users.
• Cyber attacks or hacking attempts against the platform.
• Attempting unauthorised access to other users' accounts.
• Operating an account using a false identity or false information.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities above will result in immediate account closure, all balances may be frozen, and necessary legal action may be taken.

8 Responsible Gaming

80hi7 places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe that gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be a cause of financial stress or personal problems.

You can take the following steps to protect yourself:

• Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Set a loss limit and do not exceed it.
• Apply for self-exclusion to temporarily take a break from the platform.

80hi7 provides gaming services on an "as is" basis. The platform makes no guarantee of any specific outcome or profit from gaming.

80hi7 will not be held liable in the following cases:

• If a game is missed due to an internet connection failure.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party software or payment providers.
• Losses caused by your own negligence or mistakes.
• Unforeseen technical issues or force majeure events.

Where a loss occurs due to a direct fault of 80hi7, liability will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

11 Service Suspension

80hi7 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any user's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or misconduct.
• Failure to complete the identity verification process.
• For security reasons or due to legal obligations.

In the event of an account suspension, we will notify you by email and an opportunity to appeal will be provided. If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact support — any remaining balance will be returned through the designated method.

12 Terms and Conditions Changes

80hi7 reserves the right to modify, add to, or cancel these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms and conditions are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not accept the new terms, stop using the platform and submit a request to close your account.
